Damaged items. Claims for damaged items must be made within 14 days of your purchase. We will gladly send you replacement parts for the damaged parts, or for extensive damage, we will replace the item at no cost to you. For a total replacement claim, please forward a description of the damage, and a photograph (either JPEG format via email or film mailed to us) of both the packaging and item to firstname.lastname@example.org. For parts replacement, simply email to us a description of the damaged part.
One Year Replacement Part Program. At Cherry Bear, we go through extensive efforts to insure all items are made from solid woods which are free of cracks and splits. Wood, however, is a natural material and sometimes cracks and splits occur after the item has been shipped to you. We consider minor shake (small splits) to be characteristic of wood and such instances are considered normal. However, should you encounter an extreme instance of cracking or splitting on the wood, you may request a replacement part shipped to you free of charge for up to one year from the date the item is shipped to you. Furthermore, should any part of your product fail under normal use, we will gladly send you a replacement part as well.
